Hardware built around your cell.

We design and manufacture custom jigs, fixtures, and test interfaces from scratch — tailored to your exact cell geometry, sensing requirements, and production scale. Any format. Any quantity.

Every geometry. Every scale.

We work across all major cell architectures.
Your format determines the design — not the other way around.

  • 01

    Pouch cells

All sizes, from small R&D pouches to large-format cells. Custom platen geometry, edge sealing, pressure control, spring or fixed clamping.

  • 02

    Prismatic & cylindrical cells

Rigid-housing formats — prismatic cans and cylindrical cells alike — with precise lateral, axial, and radial restraint. Standard and non-standard dimensions, tab and terminal interface engineering.

  • 03

    Solid-state stacks

Multi-layer pellet and stack architectures under controlled stacking pressure. Glovebox-compatible designs, in-situ pelletization, and integrated pressure and temperature monitoring.

  • 04

    Custom, novel geometries

Formats that don't exist yet. If it's a new chemistry or an unconventional design, we engineer the fixture around it — not the other way around.

What you can count on.

From sketches to series production with industrial standards

2–6 weeks lead time

From first sketch to a finished fixture in your hands. Prototype and production batches are handled in-house at our Paris Engineering Hub.

24-month warranty

Every custom build is backed by the same warranty standard as our standard ASC product line — because "custom" shouldn't mean "unsupported."

Full technical documentation

rawings, material certificates, and calibration data delivered with every fixture — so it's ready to integrate into your lab's QA process from day one.

One-off to series production

Whether you need a single prototype jig or a batch of 500 identical fixtures for a multi-site rollout, the same engineering team scales with you.

From sketch to the last unit.

Every build starts with your input — a cell drawing, a sketch, or just a description of what needs to be measured. Our engineers turn it into a design, and we prototype it in-house: precision machining, custom sensor integration, and material selection suited to your test conditions, from cryogenic to high-temperature, inert-atmosphere to ambient lab. That means faster iteration when a first version needs adjusting and full control over tolerances at every stage.

You review a working prototype before anything scales — so changes happen in days, not after a production run. Once the design is locked, the same team and the same process take it to series production. No handoff, no new supplier, no re-validation of tolerances. One point of contact, from first sketch to the last unit off the line.
